Both Vedic and Western astrologers point to this date with some trepidation, due to the incredible power of the Saturn/Pluto conjunct in Capricorn.  This is a period, where governments or institutions, for good or bad, take center stage.  The effects can be liberating or oppressive, depending upon the maturity of the players involved.
